HILLTOP HOME

DESIGN DIRECTION & SELECTIONS (ongoing)
Hilltop is a bathroom renovation project within a home built in 1979. The goal was to respect the home’s original architecture while refining the material direction and improving overall functionality. The work focused on proportion and creating continuity through materials and tone.

I led design direction for two bathrooms, using existing details — like beadboard walls and groove pine ceilings — as a reference point for refining the material palette and overall direction. Rather than replacing what existed, the process centered on refinement — letting light, texture, and material interplay guide the decisions.

This project reflects how I approach interiors: collaboratively, thoughtfully, and with an emphasis on responding to the existing architecture.
